Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process and manage listing documentation, including agreements and approvals.
- Communicate with brokers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and organize executed documents.
- Request and update financial data as required.
- Assist in marketing coordination, including listing photos, offering memorandums, and email campaigns.
- Ensure property listings are accurately posted and maintained on Crexi and other platforms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support.
- Proficiency in DocuSign, Dropbox, listing platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
