Administrative Back Office Associate

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process and manage listing documentation, including agreements and approvals.
  • Communicate with brokers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize executed documents.
  • Request and update financial data as required.
  • Assist in marketing coordination, including listing photos, offering memorandums, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure property listings are accurately posted and maintained on Crexi and other platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in DocuSign, Dropbox, listing platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
